We are a service provider for schools and organizations that host online applications/recommendations with us.  As such, we are only able to answer questions regarding the functionality of the online application system. 

We are unable to address issues relating to deadlines or fees, and we are not authorized to interpret an institution's instructions.

Additionally, we cannot:

• provide any specific information regarding a school's admissions policies
• interpret any school's online application instructions
• process requests for paper applications
• offer specific information about degree and program requirements or prerequisites
• make any decisions on special admissions requests
